EVC Global’s Founder-Director Mr. Afaq Khan’s journey in the electric vehicle industry began with a personal experience that sparked his entrepreneurial vision. When he was told that his EV cannot be taken outside the city due to lack of charging facilities.
Indeed, it was a challenge as the Government encourages EV adoption for clean environment.
Mr. Khan a visionary with vertical industry experience saw the opportunity for business in setting up EV charging infrastructure network across India.
This led him to establish EVC Global Mobility Pvt Ltd. and first to develop a mobile application that provided valuable information about electric charging stations, enabling EV owners to find charging points, navigate conveniently, charge and pay digitally with instant GST invoice.
Post app launching was EV charging stations, Charging Point Management System (CPMS) Website evcglobal.in and other software developed in-house by his team. Thus providing end to end solutions for entire EV industry.

EVC Global aims to install 10,000 electric charging stations by 2025 and is seeking Seed/Angel funding to achieve this goal.
EVC Global is registered with Startup India, has been awarded the best “Global Platform for Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions ” by Business connect magazine.
The electric vehicle industry in India is witnessing a significant rise, with estimates suggesting around 40 lacs EVs on the road by 2028, which would require at least 4 lacs chargers to support the growing number of electric vehicles.
