With over 18 years of expertise in fitness, nutrition, mental health, and holistic wellness, Avik has served as a Master Trainer for the Hollywood Celebrity Training program 3-2-1 by Vogue Magazine-featured trainer, Ramona Braganza. He is also a silver medalist in the National Kickboxing Championship and holds more than 20 national and international certifications in fitness, nutrition, and holistic wellness. Additionally, he is a certified mental health counselor. All this experience and knowledge have made him create the near-perfect workout program (POWER SLAM) for busy professionals.
