Glitterist Magazine Launches Physical Copy of Issue No. 40: A Night of Elegance, Empowerment & Fashion
Kolkata, September 12, 2025 — Glitterist International E-Glamour Magazine proudly unveiled the physical edition of Issue No. 40 at a warm gathering held at Sonajhuti Café, Naktala, Kolkata. What began as a small meeting of associated personalities grew into an evening of celebration, creativity and forging new connections in the world of fashion and media.
This landmark issue is extra special — Glitterist’s first designer shoot, featuring the celebrated designs of Mr. Tejas Gandhi, brought to life by actor Ishan Majumder, actress Suchandra Chandra, and model Pituniya Adhikari. Photographed with artistry by Mr. Prosenjit Biswas and styled by MUA Jhumendu Kayal, the shoot captures the spirit of Sharodiya — tradition infused with glamour, elegance and cultural richness.
Distinguished Guests & Icons in Attendance
The event drew a spectrum of creative talent and influential personalities. Among the honored guests were actors Pituniya Adhikari, Deborshi Banerjee, Barna Raha Banerjee, Rupali Bhattacharya, and Priyanjali Kundu. The stunning cover models of Issue No. 40 — Ananya Sen & Rukmini Deb — also graced the evening.
A figure who stood out in the crowd was Barna Raha Banerjee — crowned Miss & Mrs. Pride of East India 2025 under the Curvy Category. A celebrated actress, RJ, model and fashion blogger, Barna embodies more than just style; she radiates confidence, grace and empowerment. As a mother, artist, influencer, and winner of multiple pageant titles — including Mrs India title 2024 — Barna’s beauty is reflected not only in her appearance, but in her resilience, her embrace of authenticity, and her inspiring journey. She represents what it means to stand tall as a modern woman, breaking stereotypes and uplifting others as she thrives.
Also present were Ms. Kakoli Ghosh, founder of Heels and Crowns; Photographer Prosenjit Biswas; and Glitterist’s Editor-in-Chief, Mr. Suvojit Barman, who orchestrated the event with warmth and vision. Event photography was skillfully handled by Mr. Sourav Adhikari, Glitterist’s trusted visual chronicler for the past 5-6 months.
While Tejas Gandhi, Ishan Majumder and Suchandra Chandra could not attend due to promotional commitments, their creative presence was deeply felt through their work in the issue. Pituniya Adhikari, representing the designer shoot, joined in person and added sparkle to the evening.
