It all began when my friend Dev Ang came up with the idea for the label, inspired by the need for a platform that empowers artists and offers them the creative freedom and support that is often lacking in the industry. His vision resonated deeply with me, and together we set out to create a space where musicians could thrive. Dev, having been part of the music world for years, had seen the struggles many talented artists faced in getting their voices heard and maintaining control over their work. Dev’s concept gave us a direction, and it’s been amazing to see the positive response from both the industry and fans as we’ve grown organically, connecting with artists who share our vision.
Managing Time Across Regions
Balancing work between Bombay and Abu Dhabi poses its own challenges, but Madhur M manages this with meticulous planning. “Effective communication and leveraging technology help me stay connected with teams and projects across locations,” he explains. “By staying organized and adaptable, I ensure that my work remains productive in both regions.”
