Kalki Sena 2.75 War Doctrine

Kalki Sena and Bharat’s 2.75 War of Consciousness

“India’s New Security Model: The 2.75 War and the Role of Kalki Warriors” — Wing Commander Pushkal Dwivedi Charts a New Path

Noida, October 2025 —
At the Tactical Training Centre of Kalki Sena Northern Command, the “Counter Terrorist Combat Course 2025” concluded with an inspiring and visionary address by Wing Commander (Dr.) Pushkal Vijay Dwivedi (Retd.).
Through his renowned “2.75 War Doctrine,” Dwivedi redefined the meaning of national defence, emphasizing that India’s real battles are not fought only on the borders, but also within its mindset, policy frameworks, and cultural foundations.

Dwivedi stated —
“India must remain alert on not just two but 2.75 fronts — two external, half internal, and the remaining quarter representing our colonial mindset and administrative inertia. Unless this mental slavery is destroyed, true freedom remains incomplete.”

The Union of Dharma, Strength, and Civic Responsibility

In his address, Dwivedi said that Kalki Sena is not merely a training organization but a disciplined laboratory of national reconstruction.
He remarked —
“We are teaching our warriors that Dharma is not limited to worship — it also means discipline, restraint, and duty. When a person discovers the warrior within, he becomes a shield for his nation.”

He further said that every member of Kalki Sena is a conscious, law-abiding, and patriotic citizen who stands ready to protect the nation, society, and dharma during any crisis.

2.75 War — Inner Victory Before Outer Victory

Dwivedi explained that the “2.75 War” is not just a military theory but a comprehensive strategy for India’s regeneration.
He said —
“The .25 war is the deepest because it targets the colonial psychological structure still embedded in our justice, education, and administrative systems. Until we win this internal war, no external victory can ever be sustained.”

He added —
“For India, Backward Victory is the true path — first, win the .25 war by reviving Indian thought and self-respect; then win the 0.5 war by neutralizing internal divisions and extremism; only then can we decisively win against China and Pakistan on the two external fronts.”

Kalki Sena Training — From Self-Defence to National Defence

At the Noida centre, participants from across India — men and women alike — were trained in Urban Warfare, Close Quarter Battle, Survival Psychology, Surveillance Techniques, Weapon Handling, and Rescue Missions.
Dwivedi said that this training is not a replacement for the armed forces but represents a new chapter in civic security.
“When every Indian becomes disciplined, trained, and alert,” he said, “no terrorist or disruptive force will ever dare to challenge the unity of this nation.”

When every citizen awakens the warrior within, India will not only win the 2.75 War but will triumph in every civilizational challenge ahead.”
