Digixon Growth Partners LLP Formally Incorporates in India
Digixon Formally Incorporates After Two Years of Operations, Begins Expanding Across India
Now registered as Digixon Growth Partners LLP, the marketing and media firm enters its next phase with a multi-city footprint and plans for AI-led products.
BENGALURU, October 09, 2026 – Digixon, a marketing and media firm that has worked with brands across education, IT, HR consulting and consumer businesses, has formally incorporated as Digixon Growth Partners LLP. The company has its registered headquarters in Patna, BR and its operational headquarters in Bengaluru, KA.
Incorporation closes a two-year phase in which Digixon operated through a freelance network of marketers, designers and strategists, building its client base largely through referrals and repeat business. The move gives the company the legal and operational structure to take on long-term retainers, sign enterprise contracts and scale its teams.
“For two years, Digixon proved that the work could stand on its own without a formal structure behind it,” said Akash Ranjan, Director, Digixon. “Incorporation is about responsibility. Our clients are committing to long-term partnerships with us, and they deserve a company that is accountable, compliant and built to last. We wanted to get the foundation right before we scale.”
Built from Bihar, operating across India
While day-to-day operations are managed in Bengaluru, all client agreements, domestic and international, will be signed through Digixon’s Bihar head office. The firm runs on a remote-first model, with presence across Bengaluru, Gurugram, Chandigarh, Patna and Dubai.
“Bihar is home, and we wanted the company to belong there in every formal sense,” said Akash Ranjan, Director, Digixon. “Talent and clients today are not limited by geography. A remote-first model lets us work with the best people wherever they are, while keeping our roots and our headquarters in Bihar.”
One firm, every marketing phase
Digixon is structured as a multi-vertical firm covering the full marketing lifecycle. For organisations, it offers media and content through Digixon Media, strategy and growth services through Digixon Consulting, outcome-based sales through Digixon Sales Hub, and brand shoots and ad films through Digixon Films. For individuals, Digixon Academy delivers marketing courses and corporate training, supported by hiring and internship programmes.
The company is also building technology-led, AI-infused products, positioning itself as a marketing intelligence firm rather than a conventional agency. Its first product, AccountIQ, is being tested in the beta phase.
